Bread service

Every day except Sundays and public holidays, the baker delivers freshly baked rolls and croissants. Would you like some for your breakfast? You will find a list of all the baked goods in your apartment, and you can order from us by 3 pm the day before.

Klausen Card

On your arrival, we will give you a guest card which entitles you to free travel on public transport in South Tyrol, including buses, trains and some cable cars. The card also provides free entry to the museums and public swimming pools in South Tyrol, and participation in guided hiking activities and other experiences in and around Klausen. 

Good to know

  • The Radhof is open all year round, concurrently with the managed mountain hut inns and restaurants on the Villanderer Alm. 

  • Check-in: from 3 pm 

  • Check-out: from 9 to 9.30 am

  • If you will be arriving earlier or departing later, please let us know in advance. 

  • Pick-up service from the bus and train station: Are you coming here by public transport? We will be delighted to support you in this environmentally friendly decision and pick you up from the nearest bus or train station on request. 

  • Holidaying with your dog? Please let us know if you are bringing your dog to the Radhof so that we can get a dog-friendly apartment ready for you. During your stay, your four-legged friend can look forward to so much exercise around our farm. Near the Hotel Sambergerhof there is a dog toilet where you can dispose of your dog’s waste. Thank you for helping us to keep the meadows and trails clean.

  • Travel insurance: If you’ve got good insurance, you can avoid cancellation costs. We recommend “Roter Hahn” travel insurance.

Getting here

BY CAR

If you are coming to Villanders via the Brenner motorway, take the Klausen/Gröden exit. From Villanders village centre, follow the signs to the Villanderer Alm. You will get here after a drive of around 20 minutes. 

BY TRAIN

Located as it is in the heart of Europe, South Tyrol is easy to get to by train with Austria’s Österreichischen Bundesbahnen, Switzerland’s Schweizerischen Bundesbahnen and Germany’s Deutschen Bahn (sites in English). The nearest train stations are in Klausen and Brixen. 

FREE PICK-UP SERVICE

On request, we will be happy to pick you up from Bozen airport or Klausen station free of charge, and drop you off again at the end of your stay.
